When to Apply

International Student Liaison Services (ISLS) receives application all year round.
Indicate on your form what semester and year you require.
Late applications to schools will be considered if space is available; contrariwise, your admission will automatically be moved to the next semester.

Semester Application
WINTER - January semester
SUMMER - May semester
FALL - September semester

How to Apply

1. APPLICATION
Complete all information on the application form.

2. PROGRAM
Print your program choices clearly.

3. TRANSCRIPTS
With this application submit official transcripts (or certified copies) of nationally accepted High School Certificate, your secondary school grades and any post-secondary institutions you have attended. Transcripts must be officially translated into English. You may scan and email the transcripts to info@isls.ca for faster processing. Originals must be presented on arrival to the school. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to register for courses.

Fill the form, print, sign, and send back to International Student Liaison Services with all documents.

Form Filling Instructions - Step by Step guide
1.   Students should fill the ISLS form. The school form will be sent for signing if necessary. 
2.    All application form(s) MUST be fully completed and signed by student.
3.    Verify and check that all required documents are complete before sending out to ISLS
4.    Students’ name must be used as reference on all payments (The name must be at the end of the payment document)
5.    Send a copy of the payment document to ISLS with all other documents. This is very important for tracking purposes.
6.    Send Photocopies of academic results, (For Nigerians – NECO or WAEC certificate and WAEC Scratch Card number with complete details to access the internet and all other academic credentials will be required. You must possess five credits on related subjects.
7.    Send three recent passport photographs,
8.    Send at least three reference letters from reputable sources (academic and work)
9.    Send ESL (E.G. TOEFL) scores (if available),
10.  Send a copy of the photo page of the student’s international passport. (For validity purpose) Not for third party use
11.  Translate any documents in foreign language to English and attach with their original copies.
12.  Send all documents to International Student Liaison Services.

Graduate students must add the following to the documents above:

Resume: include a professional occupational resume or job history highlighting your responsibilities or accomplishments for each position held. Please include any volunteer or academic experience and/or additional information that are relevant to your application. Please note all graduate students must in addition to the first degree, possess TOEFL. In the absence of this, apply for ESLI Masters. International English test result is compulsory for masters program.
Extra documents may be requested if applicable.

Students MUST
- Indicate the main program
- Indicate alternatives. At least, 3 different programs.
- The main program desired should be filled in first.
- Print only the form; fill, sign, and send back to International Student Liaison Services. You can also, fill the form online.

How to Submit the form
1. Check for clarity on all copies of document. Check that all required documents are included before sending.

What happens next?

On receiving student’s filled form:
- Student’s documents and filled form are reviewed.
- Appropriate school is assigned to student with school information. Student’s autograph is required where necessary. International Student Liaison Services will courier all hard copy documents to school with all applicable fees. All fees are directed to appropriate areas.
